Delivery timelines shown at checkout are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or peak-season demand.
Tracking
A tracking number will be emailed to you when your order ships. Tracking activity may take 24–48 hours to update.

United States: Free standard shipping to all 50 states and the District of Columbia.
U.S. Territories, APO/FPO/DPO, and International: At this time, options may be limited. Please email sales@verkadi.com for availability and a quote before ordering.
Address Changes & Undeliverable Packages
Please review your shipping address carefully at checkout.
If your order has not shipped, contact sales@verkadi.com to request an address update.
Packages marked undeliverable or returned to sender due to an incorrect address may require a reship fee.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged in Transit
If your package appears lost or arrives damaged, contact us at sales@verkadi.com within 4 days of delivery (or expected delivery for lost items).
For damaged items, include photos of the packaging and product so we can assist promptly.
Pre-Orders & Split Shipments
To get items to you faster, we may ship your order in multiple packages at no extra charge. You’ll receive tracking for each shipment.
Customs, Duties & Taxes (Non-U.S. Orders)
If we arrange shipping outside the United States upon request, the recipient is responsible for any customs, duties, taxes, or import fees charged by the destination country.
