At Verkadi, your satisfaction matters. Because many of our items are made to order, we accept returns or exchanges only for items that arrive defective or damaged. Please review product details and size charts carefully before purchasing.

4) Refunds

After your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you the approval or denial. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 2–3 business days.

If a refund isn’t visible after our confirmation, please:

  3. Contact your bank for processing delays
