Returns & Exchanges
At Verkadi, your satisfaction matters. Because many of our items are made to order, we accept returns or exchanges only for items that arrive defective or damaged. Please review product details and size charts carefully before purchasing.
1) Eligibility

Return window: Contact us within 4 days of delivery.

Condition: Item must be unused, unworn, in original packaging, and include your order number.

Exchanges for size/color: Not available after an order is placed.
2) Non-Returnable Items

Print-on-Demand (POD) products (except when defective or damaged)
- Intimate or sanitary goods
- Gift cards
- Any item returned outside the 4-day window or not in original condition
3) How to Start a Return
Email us within 4 days of delivery: sales@verkadi.com
Include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the defect/damage (item + packaging if damaged in transit)
Once reviewed, we’ll reply with the return mailing address and instructions.
4) Refunds
After your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you the approval or denial. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 2–3 business days.
If a refund isn’t visible after our confirmation, please:
- Recheck your bank account
- Contact your card issuer (posting times vary)
- Contact your bank for processing delays

5) Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are refundable. Sale or discounted items are final sale and cannot be refunded or exchanged unless defective or damaged on arrival.
6) Return Shipping

Customer pays return shipping for approved returns.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- If a refund is approved, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.
- For returns valued over $75, we recommend a trackable service or shipping insurance; we aren’t responsible for returns not received.
